Trinity offers the choice of multiple coverage levels for medical, dental and vision plans, as well as Flexible Spending and Dependent Care reimbursement accounts, life insurance, disability and accident coverage.

Retirement Savings and Contributions
Trinity provides comprehensive retirement programs to provide for your long-term financial security. The University will also make an employer contribution to your 403(b) retirement account.
Paid Time Off and Leave
Employees accrue generous monthly vacation and sick time. The number of hours is based on type of employment and years of service. The University also has annual holidays, which are approved paid-days off each year.

The Transparency in Coverage final rule, released on October 29, 2020, requires health plans and issuers to publicly disclose pricing information via machine readable files (MRF). As a self-funded plan sponsor, Trinity University is responsible for complying with the regulations and Aetna is committed to working with TU to meet the MRF requirements of the Transparency in Coverage final rule.
